I trust having my vehicles serviced here. Good mechanics that know what is truly needed with repairs and maintenance. I also always deal with Shawn as my service advisor, he is very attentive and courteous. Always makes me feel my cars are being taken care of as if they were his own. Very honest and trustworthy, Highly recommend Shawn as your advisor if you go for service at Holz, he will take care of you.
Terrible service! Was in a rear ended in an accident, brought truck to have fixed. Gave me vehicle back with no brake lights and a blown transmission (purchased the vehicle in March was hit in July). After 5 months I finally got my truck "fixed" only to be given it back with a bad battery from sitting for so long. Scheduled an appointment for 2 days later to have battery changed, after an hour of waiting they tell me they don't have my battery and have to go buy one. Completely unprofessional service!
