The employees are always very helpful and friendly. The work I needed was done quickly and efficiently. Also, the dealership and car repair area is spotless, and on top of all of that, a free car wash!

An utter joke. Last week, I made an appointment, online, for an oil change/lube/filter, plus a tire rotation, on my Buick Encore (nearly identical to a Chevy Trax). Today, I arrived five minutes early for that appointment. The place appeared to be busy -- although several "employees" appeared to be doing very little. And in terms of a greeting? There was none, for at least five minutes. Indeed, the only "employee" who even looked at me was some mope standing behind the cashier's desk, glaring at me. I turned around and left -- realizing what a mistake it was to do any business here.
I took my 2021 Malibu in for a free oil change and tire rotation. It was done in 40 minutes. I Also got a free car wash. When I tried to leave a fuel trunk had blocked me in. I went back in and the service writer went back outside and backed out my car for me. Great service and very friendly employees. I also saw that sell tires at $10 over there cost and give you free tire rotation for life. That is what I call above and beyond great service.
