I recently had my vehicle in for an oil change, tonight while at home looking under the hood we seen something round just sitting where it shouldn't have against the air filter cover. After it fell into a difficult location and we retrieve it, we started looking at the air filter cover and thought that one would think if they actually took that cover off to check the filter they would have mentioned to us that the round light cover was sitting there and we had forgotten to put it back when we changed the headlight. The receipt I received stated that the air filter was checked, however with as much dust and dirt that was on this cover and no signs of it being removed we are starting to wonder if that was even looked at or checked. Not only that but there was a noticeable missing screw and another we found that wasn't even put back in all the way. It's the little things that you notice and expect to be completed if you are paying for a service. I am now questioning if everything im getting charged for is being completed.

We bought a 2021 Blazer that was pre-owned by one of the management team. Very well taken care of according to the multi point inspection list. Drove home that evening, went out to enjoy our new to us UNBLEMISHED vehicle, and noticed a flaw. They have someone who fixes such blemishes before sales. Possibly part of the inspection process. Contacted Johnson Motors right away only to be disappointed that GM won't cover the flaw even with the extended warranty. Of course there was no offer to make things right. If I had known that this is how I would be treated, I would have not even walked in the door.

Best experience my husband and myself have ever had at a dealership, they went above and beyond go make sure we left there with the car we wanted! Brad our sales guy was super helpful, informative, and professional Ethan the finance guy made the "stressful" part of buying a car a breeze! I also want to say Thank you to rest of the team we met. You guys were all very nice we absolutely love our new Buick!
