Very helpful staff and quick service when I had a flat tire!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience! I came into the establishment right away when they opened in the morning and asked if I could have tires mounted and balanced that day! They were able to fit me in a timely manner with exceptional customer service! They also did an outstanding work up other issues with my vehicle! They provided me with a digital copy with photos of issues along with a timeline of when they should be fixed! They never pushed anything to be done today, but provided me with the education needed to get these issues dealt with! I will definitely be using this establishment again! Highly recommend anyone!

I've been a customer since 2018. I live in Eagan, MN but come here for tires. Always good service, prompt, friendly, good value. They even tell me when I should do something I never would have thought to ask about. I was afraid when they changed owners that things would change. Nothing changed except an updated waiting room. Louie took good care of me. I'll be back.

Had my powerstroke towed to St. Croix Tire and Auto over the weekend. Got a text from them first thing Monday morning. I was Impressed with the overall service and care the new owner has at this shop. The mechanic stuck with my truck for a couple of days to rule out any future issues. Very satisfied and I’ll be back!

My husband and I set out on a weekend trip to Duluth. Tire pressure light came on. Went to St. Croix Tire and Auto as they happened to be the closest to where we were. We had a screw in our tire :( Louie had us in and out within 25 minutes for a VERY low charge. We were back on our vacation and so happy with the service we received. Nice Job St. Croix Tire and Auto!!

They quote prices but when it comes time to pay bill then the cost goes up.

The new GM Louie Hauck and Rick were absolutely amazing. Walmart did an oil change on my car and stripped the drain plug. They were able to pull something together to help the oil leak, and provided information stating the problem on paper. They have always helped me out with anything I’ve needed, and they truly are the best! If you want to feel genuinely cared for, come here. They have also helped my dad out too when he needed it. 100% would recommend this place.

Absolutely the best service EVER!!!!! Rick will do whatever it takes to getting any job done. If you go anywhere else, you’re making a huge mistake.
