I made an appointment for an oil change 5 days ahead of time for Tuesday morning at 10:15. I called to verify the appointment Tuesday morning and they verified it. Arrived on time and the tech told me my appointment was for Monday. I don't make appointments for Mondays. He said they MIGHT be able to get me in. I told him I would go somewhere else to get it done. Won’t be going there anymore unless I absolutely have to.

I will never buy another car from here. I bought a 2015 Equinox. I had a 2011 grand Cherokee to trade in. The Equinox had more miles on it than my Jeep did. My Jeep had a small dent in the fender and I was a smoker so they gave me a low trade value. The Equinox, besides high miles, is a mess...the antenna looks to be broken off or stolen. There was one bad tire pressure sensor which they did fix but about a week later, all 3 needed to be replaced. Now I have a noise in the front-end and my brakes are grinding. I've maybe had the car 3 months...keep in mind, I maybe only drive about 50 miles a month as I work from home. I had forgotten some valuables in the center counsel, informed them the next day but my jeep was already shipped off to auction so I lost some very important items to me. Not happy with Johnsons used vehicles and won't go back or recommend them to anybody.
Everyone is very helpful and friendly
