Your service writers don't communicate with one another! I experienced a serious with my vehicle 4 days before my scheduled appointment and I stopped at your dealership and spoke with one of the service writers, after some persuasion on my part he checked for error codes from my vehicle. He said there was a fuel delivery problem. I brought the vehicle in for service on the appointed day and explained whet had happened 5 days earlier. The vehicle was kept for 2 days and was called and told they found nothing wrong! I had done some research on my own and found that the problem very likely was the fuel pump control module. I was told that all tests indicated that there was no problem. I refused to take back the vehicle until that module was replaced. I ended up paying $444 and some change for test and the part plus installation labor. Guess what! The vehicle now with no further problems. I do not feel that it is my problem to advise your mechanics on what needs to be fixed!

Johnson Motors' service department excels in taking care of its customers. They take a personal interest in what is important to you. For example, I like a clean vehicle and each time I take my car or truck in for service, they make sure it's cleaned (washed, if needed). Dana, one of the service technicians, even cleaned and bagged my summer wheels when I changed over to winter tires/wheels. That's just one more example of why I think Johnson Motors stands out.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! all of their used vehicles are lemon law buybacks. They give you the song and dance that it’s a “California buyback” but if you try to trade them in it’s still a branded title. Again STAY THE HELL AWAY!!!!

These vehicles come to us inspected, repaired, rust free and with a bumper-to-bumper limited factory warranty for 12 months or 12,000 miles. We also take a lot of buybacks in on trade when our customers are ready to move on to their next vehicle. We would love to schedule a complimentary appraisal of your vehicle for you. This was the best oil change I have ever had. It was timely and when we were done, the service agent took me over and showed what they did. He talked to me like a normal person and didn't mansplain anything. I was so impressed.

My key and fob were lost so I called up Johnson Motors of St. Croix Falls to see about replacing them. I was thinking that I would have a delay of getting them because of GM being on strike and was told that they would be able to do the FOB right away because they have them in stock but as far as the key went they couldn't get it from GM but they were going to check around the other dealerships and see if they had any extra. They said they would get back to me when they got it and that it would most likely be the next day. It was only a short time later they called and were able to find one and I could come in and get it made any time. Outstanding work! The workers were all VERY helpful and considerate. I was in and out in no time at all.
