Dangerous. These crooks took 6 months of my life and thousands of dollars. Do not go here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bad business is an understatement. What didn’t they do to my car other than actually fix it?? Will not go back.

My VW Jetta TDI overheated yesterday and I pulled into work. It had leaked coolant and oil all over the ground of my works parking lot by the time I got done. Despite it being late, they accommodated my urgent situation and let me drop my car off at 9 pm after I was done with work. By 11:15 am the following morning, I received a word detailing the issue, which I greatly appreciated. Mike and his team were not only efficient but also incredibly knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process. Highly impressed with the new owner's credentials and professional service! Mike is an ASE Master Certified Technician who specializes in diagnostics. I stopped by without an appointment because my car was lagging in power. He took time from his lunch and fit me in. I ask a lot of questions, so he showed me the troubleshooting results from his diagnostic tool. He explained a complex issue in easy to understand terms. As a veteran owned company, he gave me a military discount when I showed him my military ID. Thanks Mike for your help!

Bergstrom quoted me $4300 to fix what they thought was a transmission leak. I take my car to Ron's Repair, and they correctly diagnosed my oil leak issue for free. I ended up paying less than half of what Bergstrom quoted to get it fixed. I would do business with Ron's Repair over a dealership any day.

We contacted Ron and his crew to help us as we were two hours from home - on our way to see Disney on Ice with our kiddos. There was a mishap with our caliper/rotors, which made our vehicle not driveable. These guys were able to help us out and not only had our car towed and to the shop within 30 minutes of it happening, but also got it fix within the same day. Kyle spent the afternoon getting it ready for the road again for us. Hands down some of the best customer service we have dealt with in a very long time. Affordable prices, minimal stress, and overall great people. Thank you guys again!!
