Great place but poor service and quality of costumer service . I had my car there and they had a whole week to find the problem . But instead they like to charge me 138 dollars to tell me that is nothing wrong with the car . So for your incapability to find a problem in my car you charged me that amount… how is that fare . But those days that how auto service work . Used to be a great place to send your car but now they slacking and just not as used to be fare and professional . Wish to stay there costumer but obliviously they don’t really need people . They have enough people to spend money for their car not fixed !!!!

Martin, on 4/5/23 you were here to have us look at your car. We stated that you needed to replace the right front wheel bearing. You decided to perform that repair yourself. We cannot be held accountable for any repairs not done by us. You did however, request that we do an alignment and re-balancing of the tires to take care of the slight shake in the steering wheel. You were charged $119.95 plus tax for the service, we charged you nothing for the balancing of the tires, and we gave you a discount on the alignment as well. Therefore, you were actually only charged $113.86 at this visit. You also stated at this time that you had replaced the right front lower control arm yourself. You came back on 08/07/2023 and wanted us to check out a clunking noise. We spent quite a bit of time on your vehicle. We put it up on the hoist and took it for a multiple test drives, but could not replicate the clunking noise and did not see anything wrong with the vehicle aside from the left front lower ball joint that had slight play at 1/10, but did not need to be replaced at that time. We do have to pay our employees, and as a business, cannot do things for free, so we were originally going to charge you for an hour of diagnostic time even though more time was spent on your vehicle. When you came in to pick up your vehicle you complained enough that we cut your bill in half. Charging you $66.19 for the visit. Most other shops would have charged you well above this. We have gone above and beyond for you, so for you to say we provide poor service and bad customer service is out of line, but you are definitely entitled to your opinion. We did what we could to help you. Sorry it was not enough. Best of luck to you!
