Mike is a National Hero (To Me). He might not be the Boss but he's the one that makes things happen. He helped me out in a huge way with a same day repair. Many Thanks Buddy!

I ordered tires online form Goodyear and they had me pick the time which i did. it stated in the email I got if there was a problem with the time the shop would contact me. so, day before I called to double check and lone behold, they didn't have my appointment on the books. they I had to wait 5 extra days to get in, once tires were done, I got a call stating if I knew I had a leak in the radiator which I didn't before seems sketchy. he says it looks like it's cracked. I picked up my truck brought it to a real shop and the mechanic says only way to get a crack in it like that is if someone pulled on the hose. so now i have to get a new radiator. just seems like it was done on purpose its very sad that its like this now days. first and only time going here and will let everyone know!!

Went for an oil change. They were honest to say it wasn't do yet. Friendly staff. Great place with even an outside sitting area.

Update: even though Scott retired, he's left the shop in good hands. If Mike recommends a service, he will show you why on your vehicle. He'll let you know how urgent he thinks the issue is. Price is reasonable. I trust him with my vehicle.

The window says everyone is ASE CERTIFIED but there is not one person in the entire store/shop that is actually ASE certified

I was a former employee at the car x in green bay, WI location. I was treated with alot of disrespect from the main mechanic Mike. Mike does not treat his employees right and even tries to get them fired with lies. No one there is ASE certified as well. They have done alot of by passes on parts that needed to be replaced. I would not recommend going to this place!! They are just a rip off and charge for things that don't need replaced but send people on their way with parts that need replaced. Save your money!!!!! and go to a mechanic you trust because you don't want to know what goes on from behind those doors. I no longer work there since I found out how sketchy this place really is and unprofessional one of the mechanics there is!

I have had only the best experiences with the CarX team!! I have been taking my car to them for several years now. I refuse to go anywhere else. Service & products are always top notch. I will always pay the little extra to get the quality, service & assistance given by CarX! They know my name, my car, my family. They continuously go above & beyond the required steps to just get a job done-they go the extra mile, always giving me final say about products & services after a thorough review of all my options. I know I'm driving away safe & with my vehicle in top working condition.

After years of trusting Car X, I was disappointed in the cost of my full synthetic oil change with a full inspection. $113. Just one month prior we had our 2016 in for the same service to Le Mieux Toyota and the bill was, $61. Add a tire rotation and add $20 more. Car X no longer applies discounts and coupons for being a loyal customer, but I was told when I asked, "Only if you received emailed coupons". I do, but delete them as I never needed to hang onto them. The next day I received a coupon in USPS. Ugh. I think the staff change made a change away from what they were years ago. Up until now, I trusted Car X. Now I question their integrity.

Shout Out to the guys at Car- X in Ashwaubenon! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and the tech discovered that mice had made a home in my cabin air filter! After cleaning out the area and replacing the air filter, I was ready to go. As I was leaving the lot, all of my engine lights came on! I brought it back and the guys spent 15 minutes trying to solve the problem, without success. After calling in another team member (who had the day off!), he was able to fix the issue. The entire Team went above and beyond to make sure everything was working as expected! Thank You, thank you! You guys rock!

Under new ownership. My youngest daughter had a bit of jam with her Ford Escape. Mike found a mouse had taken up residence in the engine filter fouling up the sensor. He attempted the simplest fix first in order to save me (Dad's bank) a ton of money. He earned my return business! Hardworking shop and ready for your vehicle needs.
