Scott and the crew at Car-X are absolutely fantastic. I had huge transmission trouble on the highway south of Green Bay during a road trip with kids and puppy in tow. He picked up the phone immediately, told me to drive over, and found time to immediately diagnose the problem, despite a really busy lobby and full bays. Gave great advice and ultimately the transmission was dead. He found the part immediately and opened the shop early the next morning to get the four hours of labor done so we could get back on the road for the rest of our trip around the lake. I can’t say enough about this crew. Kind, professional, smart, empathetic. The absolute best. They saved our vacation - and our Subaru!

My husband went in last week to get an inspection they mentioned something about degreasing and set up our appt for today at 11 waited a week went in and they said we weren't on the schedule and that we can schedule for the following week if we wanted. Waste of time, I would never recommend this place.

I had to get a extensive repair done on my car. Scott was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and was very honest when it came to pricing. They also saved me hundreds of dollars on the repair compared to what the dealership quoted me for the same thing. They even followed up with me a few days after to make sure things were running well. Highly recommend!
