Took my vehicle for an alignment and ride height correction. They could not figure out the ride height and now the vehicle makes more noise on the road than it did before I put a brand new suspension in it..pretty sure they didn't tighten down all the bolts they loosened up trying to correct the ride height. And they said 3 master mechanics looked at it.

Highly recommend! Everyone has been awesome and they could get us in fast and had parts available. Would recommend for all automotive needs!

From out of town late in the day . On new tires from another home town business felt shimmy while on freeway. Everyone was booked. Scott got me in to check my tires out . Balancing was way off. Got me back on the road saved my trip.

The starter on my old car failed while out and about. Scott and his team got me scheduled the same day and replaced the starter. I was so grateful because its the only car I have. Great place for emergency and general auto repair and needs.

These guys here are so experienced and friendly. They're not here to over charge or anything like that. They always make sure my car is fixed up well and always find the time to get you in. They've helped me in some tough situations to make sure my car is good and safe. I'd be busted and on the side of the road more then once if not for these guys.

I hate places that look at women driving bmws and try to get every penny out of them and this is one of those places. Brought my bmw in to get an alignment only to be told I need to replace some parts and they can’t do the alignment and still charged me $60. Gave me paperwork for $3200 worth of stuff🤣

I really like this place. They always get work done in a timely manner for reasonable pricing. They're professional, friendly, and very helpful. I've been here a couple times in the past, and have gone to other places due to other circumstances, but just haven't felt fully satisfied with the other places. Here, I haven't felt like that at all. I feel comfortable and trust their work. This will definitely be my go to place from now on, thank you so much guys!

This business went out of their way to assist myself and my husband whom was stranded in Green Bay. We are from illinois, about 5.5 hours from the location. Scott and his staff stayed after hours on a Friday to fix our truck and make sure we was not stranded through the weekend. We appreciate Scott and his entire staff for helping us! Great business!!!

On 12/13/22 I got a nail in my PS rear tire – I was able to pull into the CarX parking lot and talked to Mike. Even though he was fully booked the moment I arrived he took the time to assess my situation and gave me an ETA of 30 minutes. He was able to speak to one of the mechanics and had my tire changed to my spare in under 10 minutes total. His actions allowed me to be on my way quickly and get back on the road. Really good customer service and experience. Thank you, Mike!
