I had my engine replaced 1 year ago. It os under a 3 year warranty. This location is refusing to honor the warrenty. They say to call corporate. The number listed on the webiste does not work. It tells you it is invaild. Customer service is a joke. I got into an accident due to engine issues in September. The District Manager told me there was 4 codes. I had the car inspected by a 3rd party. They only found 1. The district manager cleared the codes and since the issue was intermittent the codes didnt pop back in. Well they denied my claim saying there was no proof there was anything wrong with the engine. I got my car back finally 2 weeks ago. I paid for the repairs and my insurance company paid for partial repairs. All based on the fact there was nothing wrong woth the engine according to the dm. Well the exact issue I reported is back. 3 codes related to a bad turbo and an engine misfiring. The exact issue I reported in September and was told there was no evidence. DM comitted insurance fraud by clearing the codes and lying. Now I cant get ahold of anyone at car-x willing to make this issue right. Also the manager at the Oshkosh location is a predator. He took my personal cellphone number from my customer file and texted me without permission. He is almost twice my age. They have done NOTHING about that as he still works there. He worked at the Appleton location prior and there is a google review there about his inappropriate behavior. UPDATE: The phone number this location provided me for corporate is just a car shop in NY. They had no idea what Car-X was although when they called me back they had a whole team ready to resolve my issues only to realize they are not associated with Car-X in any way. The engine was changed by Oshkosh but due to the comments and unprofessional (boarderline stalking) behavior of the Manager Shaun there, I advised this location I was uncomfortable going there. The Appleton location only has 1 employee. Since the warranty is under the company that owns this location as well, I was advised by the Appleton location to have the work done here.

I took my car in for an oil change - tire rotation and everything went great. The time it took was as expected for any oil change and tire rotation. The price is great and just as quoted. That was my first time having CarX service my car and I will be a returning customer as they did an excellent job overall. The staff and techs are super nice as well. Great overall experience!

Had a coupon for a $36 oil change. When I checked out, I was charged $80. Also took 8 hours for an oil change.

Got 4 new tires put on very friendly people will definitely use them for future work. Very satisfied

Took car in for diagnosis. We knew it had electrical issue. Voltage draw specifically somewhere. They charged $150 an hour to find out where. So we spent almost $400 for them to tell us it was the alternator. They wanted to charge another $800 to replace it. We said no thanks. My husband could replace it. He did. Still having the electrical issue. In a few words we felt they rushed the diagnosis and provided us a false one. Will not go back nor recommend.
