RUN AWAY! 🛑 If you're looking for a LEMON, you have found the right dealership! They sold me a car for my teenage daughter in December 2023 and when I brought it to our trusted mechanic to have it safety inspection for the State of New York it failed miserably! On top of that- not only could he not figure out the multiple issues the car was sold to us with, he stated it was unsafe to drive and not to allow any of my kids to drive the vehicle. It took 4 mechanics, and $6,000 later ,4 and a half months of aggravation, no vehicle, mechanics giving up on us, it being in different shops being serviced to actually get us a car that is safe to drive and pass inspection! We brought this up to the "manager" numerous times, with receipts; email exchanges , phone calls and each and every time he claimed he had nothing wrong with the vehicle he sold us. A scammer at its finest - STAY AWAY! LEARN FROM OUR LOSS!TIME, MONEY AND A SCAMMER DEALERSHIP. We have every detail in email exchange that we can gladly share to anyone who cares to view it showing the dealerships lack of accountability and any moral compass of what they did to us. BUYER BEWARE ! 🛑

These guys did the right thing when we had a problem come up with a grey, 2019 Tacoma. I was very unhappy with it and they agreed to buy it back from me. I expected they would put up a huge fight and they did not. I trust they will make sure that truck is in good running shape before selling it again. Thank you Spencer and Geneva. Says a lot about a company that can do well by their customers when problems happen.
