Don’t buy from here bought my 300 few months back battery was shot tipm module had to be fixed when I was driving on the highway my 300 shut off completely lost power steering and almost got in a bad crash! costed $2500 to get all done

Originally talked to Spencer, the owner, about a 2005 Lexus LS430. He filled me in on some of the basics of the history of the car. After thinking it about it over night, drove down the next day and was helped by Joelle Rohner. She was really amazing in working with me and we were quickly able to agree on a sales price price for the Lexus and the trade-in of my 2014 Mazda 6. Everything went very smoothly and I was very impressed by not only the number of high quality cars they had, but also the cleanliness of there facility. It was super easy to get to and again, very pleasurable in working with Joelle. Certainly worth the 2 hr drive for me.

Update* I was never asked to put a deposit on the car. The professional thing to do when your sales and finance manager knew I was pre approved to buy your car, would have been to ask me if I wanted to put a deposit on it when someone else showed interest in it. As far as the financing you're speaking of, I asked if you would reduce the asking price as it was 4k over book. You said no, I would need to put up the extra money out of pocket, which I had done. I told Jake that I had the full check and was on my way when he said not to come. You have my number if you would like to continue this conversation. I was working with Jake B. The initial experience was good. The communication continued to get worse and worse. I had to repeatedly ask him to send information on the vehicle I was trying to purchase. After we finally came to an agreement on values and I got the purchase agreement. I took the day off work to go to the bank and get a cashiers check. I got the cashiers check and hit the road on the 3.5-hour trip to the dealer. About 30 minutes into the trip, Jake texts me and said they have a cash buyer coming at 12. A cashiers check is the same as cash, but I guess it wasn't good enough. Throughout the entire process, they never asked for a deposit to hold the car, or I would have happily sent payment. Seems like based on other reviews, they struggle with communication, honesty, and overall good business practices. VERY disappointing experience. We were really looking forward to the vehicle we agreed to purchase.

Have used them on multiple occasions to sell vintage European cars. I found them honest, reasonable and excellent communicators. The staff is very knowledgeable, and, the facility is first-rate. Highly recommended for folks looking to sell specialty cars on Bring A Trailer!
