Sold me a car via BaT auction website with a major oil leak (engine out job) - as a "fix" offered me an extended warranty for the vehicle and took another $1000 from me - didn't provide any instructions on how to use it - anyway, after changing my mind and taking the loss with the vehicle, advised the dealer to cancel the warranty and refund me my $1000 back, which they promissed to do... however, it's been over a month now and I am still "patiently" waiting for that refund... The whole experience has been horrible, to say the least.

My experience at this dealership was nothing but amazing, Jake and the team actually stayed an hour after close to show me this vehicle, even though they were there after close, there was no pressure for me to make a decision and buy the vehicle took the time to walk me through the options never once tried to show me a car that was outside the budget I set forth. Was definitely a no pressure situation even though it was 7 o’clock at night. Thank you Jake and team. Oh, and in case you’re wondering, I did buy the car.

Contacted Joelle on Wednesday about a car on their lot, was informed it was possibly spoken for, and as called back on Friday and told it was available and made an appointment to go check it out Saturday morning. I arrived 15 minutes prior to them opening to possibly take an early look at the car and Joelle was already there. Did a quick look over on the car, took it for a ride and decided I wanted to buy it.
