Friendly, communicates and ethical. I definitely will be bringing my truck back for any repairs it may need.

Had a vehicle taken to them because i thought the brakes were going bad on my kids vehicle. Everything seemed to go okay during inspection, was called and told it needed new brakes and rotors. They wanted over a 1000 for this! I thought it was to much so we opted to go get second opinions. When we go to pick the vehicle up the gentleman asks if we were told what was wrong and we say yes. Otw to another shop my son starts panicking because the notes say his timing is off and it sounds like the engine wants to jump out of the vehicle. Well that was very strange as this never came up to us over the phone. I say okay we will see what the other shop says. Once at the new shop and we tell him why we are there he asked where did we go. We tell him and you can just see it in his face that it was a very poor decision. After 30 minutes at the shop the mechanic comes back and says I have good news for you. The brakes and rotors look almost brand new so you definitely don't need those replaced for awhile. Was told the sound my son was hearing was a little dirt/rust that was between brake. When i asked about the timing he had a good laugh and said apparently whoever looked at the vehicle must never of lived in a cold state because it was just set to high idle at the start to help crank it over in the cold, there is no need for concern. ALWAYS get a second opinion if this is your only option for a close shop to have it looked at if you are concerned. They tried to get my son to think he had over 3000 dollars of repairs to make when in fact the car was completely fine. Shame on this company and Shame on the owner. Your parents are certainly not proud of the type of business you run.

I needed my car towed unexpectedly last week when it would not start. I did not have a mechanic in the area but looked online at place & ultimately had it towed to Ruffing Automotive. I was extremely pleased with the service. They kept in communication with me the entire time, did a thorough job inspecting my vehicle & provided guidance & explanations along the way. The work was well done & done timely. One never hopes to have car troubles but I feel better now knowing I have a connection to Ruffing Automotive in case something goes wrong in the future!

This place is crooked and I will never go back. I needed a new radiator and was quoted $1,900. Absolutely ridiculous. I had been there twice previously and left with a lot of suspicion on their costs. This was the last time! I went to another reputable local place and got the job done for $850.

None of which are ethical, safety minded, or meet the manufacturer's guidelines for this particular repair. Very few facilities in the valley can properly perform part of this repair, and many are tempted to omit that critical step. Although it is disheartening that your rationalization of price differences between different levels of services went in this direction, we are happy to review the difference between our proposal, and the service that you did have performed elsewhere. Great small business with customer service and prices that will make you want to ditch the dealership!

Time for the oil change was quick. They had free water and soda and coffee. Overall everything was great
