I called them 10 am yesterday Thursday june 22nd when they open and asked if i could get a quote on my truck. The lady who answered the phone told me russ would have to call me back he was on a test drive . I said ok she took down my number and I didn't hear back. i tried to call at the end of the day no one answered. I called again the next day at noon no answer... I try to Have a little patience but i feel someone should have called me back (And at least let me know that they were too busy to get to it today etc)I chose to call this place because of all the good reviews about them being honest and reasonable for women.. But I need my car fixed as soon as possible last time I didn't get a call back from a auto body place It was a week later I cannot afford to wait that long... So i guess ill be calling several more places June 28 still NO call back

Nicest, most honest mechanic I have ever had work on my car. He knows what he’s doing, the prices were totally fair, and they fixed my car so fast. If you don’t know a lot about cars and are looking for someone honest who will do good work and not take advantage of you, this is my recommendation. I even found something small on my car fixed that I did not tell him about, and he did not charge me for it, which just goes to show he does everything he can to make sure the customer is satisfied 🫡👍 super happy with Russ’s

My FIL brought my Jeep in, Russ fixed it the next day. Found a used part and saved me $1300. I was so happy to get my car back within a day and at a super affordable price. From what I'm told, if he can't fix it, he will tell you. That kind of honestly is the heart of small business. After Action Auto and Robs Import having my business before, from here on out, we will be calling Russ first.
