I was in town visiting for Christmas. A problem arose with my car I wanted to have fixed before I drove home. Ruffing Automotive was recommended. They were able to get my car in, diagnose what was wrong and make the repairs. I was very happy with the customer service I received and the work that was done. I will be moving to the Appleton area in the near future and plan to use Ruffing for any repairs and all normal maintenance of my car.

My daughter ran over a key and key chain and caused one of my tires to go flat. The tire had to be replaced. They got right on it and the next day they got the new tire and put it on. They did a great job. Fast and without any problems. As usual they were courteous and efficient. When I took my car in for its oil change.

Brought my car and my wife’s car in for an oil change. Very happy with the service and would definitely be going back. The entire team is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. When you get your car back you’ll find a little care package, mine had candy and an air freshener. These are put together by hand, not bought in bulk. Just good to see that added little personal touch to an already amazing experience.

Everything with Ruffing Auto goes smoothly every time. They notify me if anything is in question and don’t hard sell if additional work is needed.
