We have used Ruffing for our needs but they have become more expensive! Too expensive for us. We found several less expensive places.

Spike is the best and Charles very welcoming and kind! Took our vehicle in without notice. We broke down and had it towed here. They offered us a very nice loaner and filled out a tiny bit of paperwork and we were out the door in 10 minutes! Fast, very friendly, super accommodating and caring. Definitely recommend!

So far I have only had one experience and it was extremely positive. We shall see how things go. I so much appreciated them doing my wiper repair for free when they realized I was poor...GOOD PEOPLE! They found out my nail-punctured tire was still under warranty and helped me save major money there. They really took care of me...so I found a new place to take my car! ☺️

Ruffing went above and beyond. We weren’t even 2 hours into our 10 hour road trip for vacation when our a/c went out. It was one of the hottest weeks, at the very end of July. Thankfully, we had extended coverage which included Ruffing in their very short list of possible mechanics. I’m so glad. An extremely stressful situation was made easy with Ruffing, and, specially, Spike. During our drive, with windows down on the interstate, in 98 degree temps, Spike took time to help. Not only did he answer the phone with a helpful demeanor, he did so each of the 4+ times. Never making me repeat our situation, always picking back up where we left off. See, not only did Spike let us know their availability, possible scenarios & limitations (relating to the warranty) he tried to help us find a more convenient location to our destination. We ended up easily settling on Ruffing and the just under 1 hour drive from our vacation spot. There were 2 possible ways to diagnose our issue, Spike determined, with the information we were able to provide which would be more beneficial to us & our pocketbook, in the small chance the issue wasn’t covered by our extended warranty. On top of all that, they were able to lend us a minivan to use while they worked on ours. We were still able to enjoy our time in Wisconsin because of the team at Ruffing. I only wish that every automotive repair shop was as informative and kind to work with. It truly felt like we were being taken care of just as they would their family. Thanks to them, we had a much more comfortable ride back home and the a/c is still working great.

Used to get several things completed from brakes to struts and all went well from the estimate over the phone to the experience overall. Great customer service and follow up with experience. What makes them different is the courtesy vehicle and the thoughtful toy they left me for my child.

I've been taking my vehicle there for a couple years and they have always been great! They have never tried to upsell me on anything when it's gone for in for a routine oil change like other places will.

I was very pleased with the service that I experienced through Ruffing Auto. I've been going to the same auto shop for over 5 years and I will say I was a little hesitant to jump ship, but am glad that I did. I called needing to get my car in asap as I was having some ongoing issues and could not get it scheduled with my normal auto shop. The staff at Ruffing Auto was very pleasant to deal with and was able to get my car in same day, with a loaner available and my car was done the very next day! It has been running smoothly ever since; I even got a nice little goodie bag when I got my car back. Long story short I will be coming back for future car needs and highly recommend Ruffing Auto!
