Great service. I went in b/c I had a nail in my tire that I think needed a plug and they took care of it at no charge. Pleasently shocked and surprised.

This location in 128th Brookfield capital dr gave me quality customer service and repaired my car in a timely manner,responded to all my questions and explained every detail/issue to me before during and after also didn’t start repairs until I confirmed what I wanted fixed,even showed me the defective parts that was causing my problem I want to thank Nate and the other team members for dedication to get the job done properly that is hard to find these days but I received that at this location. I just was respectful and they were the same

I ordered from Tire Rack but didn’t want to go that far to their stores. Monroe is close to my office. I was very happy I could book and shop online and the store honored the quote.
