Extremely fast service! Highly recommend. Car wash broke off my mirror - less than 24 hours Lexus of Brookfield ordered and repaired in that time frame! Thank you Lexus!!!
Horrible customer service. Couldn’t even get a response from the service manager Joe Pappalardo .
Took a GX460 for a test ride today. After the test ride we told salesman we were interested in the vehicle. While waiting for the Used Car Manager to review our trade another Salesperson took another customer in a test drive on the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Sale Manager stated this is standard practice. We walked away.
