Fantastic place to work!
Just had to have a remote start put on my Lexus. The service department here is amazing. The help they gave me was incredible. The person helping me, Joe, was very thoughtful and professional. They do an amazing job. They also have one of the best waiting areas I have ever seen! Way 2 go !
First receptionist I spoke with was extremely rude and put me on indefinite hold. Next day, different girl was very polite. Overall, I feel lexus service is just ok. Honda and toyota were both superior.
