Very friendly and helpful.
Waited almost 3 hours for an oil change and when I talked to the customer service rep she was the rudest, most childish, unintelligent person I’ve ever encountered. She even talked mockingly as if to try to entice me to continue escalating things more and more. I had to be the one to de-escalate the situation which is ridiculous. They forgot to order my parts again and then took my car for a joyride for no reason. I understand test driving a car to make sure it’s in working condition but it was just an oil change and when I asked them not to test drive it, that’s when the CSR got hostile. I will never be coming back here. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the manager is a top notch guy and definitely understands how customer service works.
All the staff are wonderful always helpful and friendly go that extra mile to provide the highest level of service. Joe service manager is amazing provided the best customer service I would not go to any other place for my Lexus car service
Always terrific service
I would always drive from Chicago to Lexus at Brookfield, WI for service. Bryan Faust is beyond amazing because he goes above and beyond for his clients. The best Service Advisor I’ve ever had and worked with. He looks out for his clients and be as thorough as possible. I have been to other Lexus in/near Chicago areas and no other Lexus can match the same level of professionalism and expertise than Lexus At Brookfield. And I just bought another Lexus from Brookfield too!
Well, I'm not sure I've ever really had a "great" experience taking my car to get serviced, that is until I visited the Lexus service center in Brookfield for the first time. Wow! I think I may get oil changes every 1,000 miles. Incredible lounge and very friendly staff.
One of the worst experiences I have had. Very overpriced and repairs were done before I had agreed on a negotiated rate. After paying, weeks later I was contacted saying I never paid and I had to show proof.
