Friendly staff. Best experience I had taking my car for emission testing. They put the sticker on my plates and handed me my new registration form.

Horrible, dishonest place! If you are a woman they will assume you're stupid and won't notice if they're overcharging you. They did so much extra stuff to my car without even asking me first. They also charged $100 to clean "battery corrosion" when I could have just gotten a new battery at Walmart for half the price.

I went to get my tires switched out at Costco. I was informed that the previous team who changed my tires stripped one of my stems and they would need to break it off to continue. I called Firestone, who completed this service, to ask them to fix it. They wanted to charge me $350. I called Hoffman Auto and within a day, it was fixed for less than half of what Firestone was charging. They dropped me back off to work (I went on my lunch break) and came and got the car after work. They were professional, polite and all around great people. If I still lived in Wisconsin, this would be my go to vehicle repair place.
