Great Service by Greg Smith, very helpful and attentive when we bought our Chevy Malibu 3 months ago. I recommend Lynch Chevrolet dealership when looking for a Chevy Vehicle.
Terrible ! Quoted 2987.00 repair for timing chain . When actually the problem was a 55.00 dollar sensor. Brought in my 2016 equinox for stalling issue. Car only had 65000 miles. They left lights on in vehicle and drained battery when they knew car was being towed away from them. Never ever go to them. They are rude and if your a women they will talk down to you and treat you as if your a complete idiot.
Chris was helpful and understood my need to be efficient. He demonstrated the bolt euv’s features in an excellent manner so I feel great leaving with this great vehicle. It always speaks volumes to me when the sales person also drives the vehicles they sell. Thank you so much!
Tried to speak with them regarding emissions testing (google search says they do it wanted to verify) and it took 7 minutes to actually get transferred to the service department where I was put on hold for another minute just to find out that they do not do emissions testing only repairs for failed tests.
Very professional, if you need to drop your car off, they will provide transportation to work and pick you up they also will give you a follow-up call to make sure everything is going well.
Courteous employees always have a smile to share. Service department was the reason for a visit today. Was able to have a loaner for the duration.
