Jacob and Greg are excellent at communication and customer service at the Appleton Wisconsin College Avenue location.

Best crew ever! Fixed my flat in a jif! I want to know what you put in the coffee because everyone was just so happy to be there! Please take my money and name this group of great people as “Team of the year”!!!
I absolutely love them. they are fast and no issues after service. really easy to make appointments and really friendly.

Flying home to find your tire flat in the airport parkinglot is tough. Thankfully this store was a short drive on the donut tire. When they couldn't fix the tire due to the screw being too close to the sidewall, they went above and beyond to go to another store for the replacement tire and get me back on the road. I was a walk in, but they handled my stress and my needs promptly with great care and compassion

This was one of the most positive experiences of my life. Needed a new battery, and inspection of my vehicle. Never had to wait to get in, and the price quoted was very accurate. Super kind employees, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Needed 4 new tires while visiting Wisconsin & they were able to accommodate us right away that morning. Vehicle also needed a 4 wheel alignment & that was done in about 15 minutes.
