Very inexpensive oil changes and great quality and customer service!

Called ahead and explained I had 1 of 2 issues and needed to know which of the 2 it was for certain. They had me come in, checked the car out, said oh hey it’s one of 2 things(which I already told them the day prior) and proceeded to say they couldn’t actually tell me what the issue was without tearing my car apart/they didn’t have the tool/machine to test it. So they knew ahead of time they wouldn’t be able to actually tell me, just had me come in to attempt to scam me out of the “diagnostic” fee and bait me into giving them more money so they could “know for sure” Refused to pay. BEWARE! Waste of time and sketchy to do that.

You actually talk to the technician working on your car unlike most shops. This greatly helped with them diagnosing my concerns properly the first time while another 2 shops (I won't name) couldn't figure it out. 10/10 will continue business with these guys.

Good, honest mechanics. Won’t charge you for things you don’t need. I know I can trust these guys to take care of me.

I brought my car in to have the brakes checked out. Their customer service was awesome. They were helpful, kind, and patient when explaining things to me. They were upfront and honest about the cost and different options I had. I had to wait a few weeks to have my car worked on due to my own finances (their price was very reasonable) and they were gracious and understanding about this, even after taking time to inspect the car for me. Highly recommend!

Definitely some of the best mechanics in the Fox Valley. Consistent, fast, and friendly with excellent customer service. Their receptionist is wonderful and all the mechanics are polite and straightforward. My fiancé and I will continue to give them our business as long as they’re around.

I've been going to this place for almost four years and have had nothing but positive experiences. They are honest, upfront, and explain whatever issues my family's vehicles have had in a way that I can understand. They have excellent customer service and fair prices. I am going to be moving out of town and I will likely still come to them for service because I find them to be very trustworthy.
