Made an appointment for a recall and was told I'd have to bring the motorhome back for a second appointment but they had the part and fixed it in one appointment. Waited as we live an hour away and our wait time was one hour and 15 min. Clean and comfortable seats for waiting too.

My experience here at goss Dodge was amazing. Everyone one was super nice. If your thinking about getting a new vehicle head down to Goss and ask for Andrew. He was super helpful and awesome. And definitely did what he had to do to make sure I got the deal that I wanted. Definitely heading over when I wanna get my next vehicle. Goss Dodge all the way. Five star service.

My son bought a 2012 Subaru Outback and was told it was in perect condition. We have since discovered the entire front strut assembly was badly corroded and needed to be replaced. Now his entire exhast system fell off due to corrosion. This car should not have been offerd for sale by Goss who deceived my son and refuses to fix any of the items. They should loose their license to sell cars,. They are thieves.

Dear Mr. O'Neill, We have no record of seeing your son’s 12 year old vehicle since he purchased it in 2021 making your concerns puzzling. It is not a reasonable request to ask Goss to participate with repairs on a vehicle we haven’t seen for over 3 years. His vehicle was 9 years old with almost 90,000 miles at the time of purchase in 2021. It goes without saying, driving care free for more than 3 years in a vehicle that is now 12 years old will naturally require mechanical attention at this point. Purchasing a higher mileage, older vehicle, with no warranty or service contract will inherently carry a level of risk. Customers have the option to have any used car independently inspected before finalizing the purchase, to mitigate the risk of potential issues down the line. We understand your desire to help your son in this unforeseen financial time of need, however the claims you’re making are not only untrue but completely unfounded. Making social media claims about our integrity as an attempt to bully us into paying for repairs on your son’s vehicle is unfair to say the least. If your son would like to come in-person to speak with our service manager, I’m certain we can help with pricing and payment options.

Body Shop review: used Goss as a recommended body shop from Progressive insurance and couldn't be more pleased with their work. I'm very particular and do much of my own mechanical work; their work was perfect. Bethany and the crew there couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They were so good that I might even consider purchasing a CDJR vehicle from Goss!

First time ever purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and I was worried about pushy sales people. I showed up unannounced and salesperson Norm had the vehicle cleaned and ready for a test drive in a matter of minutes. At no point was anyone ever remotely close to pushy and Norm was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. I walked away with a newfound respect for dealership service and a vehicle I've been very pleased with, 5 stars across the board!
