We completed your complimentary lube, oil, filter service, tire rotation, adjusted tire pressures, recalibrated tire pressure monitor sensors, inspect fluid levels, topped off washer fluid, and multi-point inspection in 47 minutes. You were here 63 minutes from the time of arrival to departure which is well within the published time allowance to complete these services. This leaves us unclear as to how we might have earned such a low score. Our service manager will reach out to you in hopes you will share what we could have done to improve your service experience.
