Staff were very personable, respectful, and professionals. I received a couple of phone calls from Nicole who kept me updated on the process. She was cheerful, most pleasant, efficient, and VERY helpful. Nicole also researched my questions even after I picked up my car. Needless to say I am VERY happy with the service department at Goss Jeep. Thank you.

My experience at Goss Jeep was incredible. McKinnan made the whole experience a breeze- he answered all of my questions with patience and ease, did all the hard work with the bank, showed me the car fax report in detail, and was completely transparent about what kind of warranty might serve me best. It’s clear they care so much about their customers! Additionally, I was provided with a beautiful rental the day I brought my new car back to be under and over coated. Serious princess treatment! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new ride, used or new.
