I hate buying cars. The games and half-truths bother me, so I stick with my old car until it's close to keeling over. With that in mind (when I was in the market for a pre-owned Passport) I was extremely skeptical about Upper Valley Honda and their "People Come First!" attitude. Wouldn't they be just like all the rest of the auto dealers in the area? Give a low price over the Internet and then max out the price with a bunch of silly fees and then hard-sell me on a bunch of junk I don't need? Nope! These folks are the real deal. I got a sensational deal, and my salesperson, Brendan, and his manager, Craig, made the experience very easy. Evan, the F&I guy was knowledgeable and expedient, as well as friendly. I live an hour and a half away, and since the car needed a few services before it was ready, their team drove the car down to me! Jim and Steve were great guys and right on time! If you go anywhere else for a new or used vehicle, you are wasting your time---trust me, I've been to all of them, and these folks are the only honest auto people I've met in over two decades! Keep up the great work, team!
