They towed my car for blocking a driveway, they had my car for less than 3 hours but I had to pay $210 to get my car back!

Wow. These folks are amazing…. I live an hour away from Burly, and typically have compressors, impact wrenches…etc etc. Drive to Burly, last night, ti have Valentines Day diner with my wife and kids….woke up this am, to a flat ( on the rim) on my Chevy 3500. I didn’t want to put the dang donut spare on, I’m a plow guy….: Calvin, came ( as I reluctantly called and used my AAA card), was personable, and listened to my highly caffeinated banter…..bright my truck to their shop, while I waited, I had some wonderful conversations with employees and owners….. Great folks, down ti earth, and get stuff done. I don’t want another flat, however, would just pop into their shop for a great crew to banter with! Know where I’d go next time, for anything related to vehicles…. Thanks y’all, Jake

My daughter hit a curb on the Shelburne rd rotary Friday from black ice got a flat tire messed up wheel parts .Called Handys auto for a tow an plus close to where she lives .They were cheaper then other places plus they came fast .Charlie Handy is a nice guy so he called in for parts right off .Now just waiting for insurance company to do there part .So Handys can work on car .They always do good work 👏
Put in a battery for me same day!

It’s bad enough getting your car towed. We paid the fee and were told to drive 15 min away to pick up the car in another lot. The woman working said “you will be able to pick up your car there and go”. When we arrived, our car was boxed in and had 3 cars around it. We had to call back and wait an additional hour for someone to come and move all the cars. That was super annoying, but the worst part is the woman at the office was just so rude and unhelpful. She was not clear on the procedures and provided incorrect information.
