It could not have been a simpler process getting my truck in and out of the shop at Bob's. I moved out to Vermont from New Mexico about a year back, and knew that I'd be starting over with finding the best place to take my vehicles. I've definitely had my troubles in the past, but I ended up feeling lucky to land at Bob's the first time I needed help. After a convincing recommendation from a co-worker, I called the shop to find they very confident what my issue/repair was after I provided a short summary of the symptoms. Details aside, the truck drives better than it ever has in the three years I've owned it. I was budgeting for a costly repair, and was quite relieved at the affordability when I paid the bill at the end. I have a lengthy history of working on this truck on my own, due to outrageous quotes on repairs that I couldn't afford at the time back in NM. Going into Bob's has left me far more confident in leaving the truck in someone else's hands. It feels great to know that I can catch a break from pretending to be a mechanic for the weekend, whenever I run into more issues down the line.

I’m from out of town, out of state in fact. I was in the area when I started having issues with my vehicle. It always feels a bit unsettling when going to a shop you are unfamiliar with, and then speaking with a mechanic you do not know. - My guard was completely letdown the moment I walked onto this lot. I didn’t feel anything but complete respect and honor throughout the entirety of my interaction with Robbie at Bobs. I could tell he was honest, I didn’t encounter any attempt at an up-sale nor was I informed of another ‘problem’. He even let my dog Pepper sit in his office while we both waited for the work to be completed. I’m seriously thinking about staying in Vermont. I love it. It’s an amazing stare. IF that becomes my reality, I will ALWAYS use this shop.

I recommended my elderly mother use their service and she was greatly pleased. She had an outrageously priced ($3000) estimate for repairs from another repair shop and Bob's resolved everything for under $200. I spoke with Rob beforehand and explained the situation, he seemed genuinely driven to be an honest businessman.
