Led us around in circles to retrieve our car when they knew our car was just at a gas station and not even at their lot.

It was trash and I needed to pay $700 To get my front pads Stay away from these guys. I recently got into an accident and with my car being totaled they gave me what my car was worth before the accident and it was more than what I paid for my car. This garage lied to me just to get one over on me.

When my car broke down and I called AAA, as soon as I saw the Handy's logo on the tow truck, I knew I was in for an interesting time. Handy's has well-earned a reputation of shady and sometimes criminal behavior, so I requested that we go to a mechanic other than Handy's and that I ride in the truck. I don't need stuff stolen out of my vehicle. Two minutes into meeting this man he's telling me the best drugs to combine with crack, which he definitely does "only like once a month". If you can avoid Handy's, do so. And god forbid you ever get stuck renting from them.

Handys gave me amazing service no matter how busy I came first I will always call Handys service center when I need a tow or work on my vehicle.!

Quick help when we got locked out of a rental Tesla and used them through AAA. Adrian was quick, especially for it being his first Tesla.

Overpriced, slow and will try and oversell unnecessary services and parts

My teenage daughter had a dead battery and the AAA tow-truck driver persuaded her to go to this shop instead of Elite Auto in Burlington saying she'd get a discount. After making her wait over an hour they tell her they don't have the battery on site and have to order it. When she says she's taking it to her own garage they then magically DO have it. $70 to install a bettery which takes 5-10 minutes is an outrage.

Say what you will, but these guys did me well! Coming from CT to VT to attend a seminar, my car was stuck twice while there. AAA sent Handy’s out both times. These guys were very friendly & helpful! I unfortunately needed what I thought was an alternator so on day 2, I called Charlie & was shocked when he said bring it in & he would have me back on the road the same day! I took the car there & much to my surprise he advised it was the battery, not the alternator! However he brought me right into the shop & showed me my tires, which were clearly shot! In addition I needed front breaks & rotors (which I already knew). New battery, front breaks & rotors, 4 new Nokian 18” tires & an oil change for an insane price! There is no doubt I would have paid 100’s more here in CT! Thank you Charlie & staff for your quick response, professionalism, sticking to your word & for making me feel at ease!

Had a great experience with Handy's! They sent someone to tow my car after a wreck, and the person they sent was the absolute BEST. He was quick and efficient, and also super friendly (which I really appreciated in that moment). I was pretty out of it during the whole exchange but I'm pretty sure he said his name was Marcel, and I was so lucky to have him help me out. He even came to drop off my ice cream which I'd left in my car after he'd towed me. The best!!!
