Nathaniel and the staff here are absolutely top notch. He got me in very quickly for a flat tire change when other places in the area said I’d have to wait weeks to months. Not only was the service quick, he was extremely friendly and explained everything in great detail. I will never go anywhere else!

Fast, reasonably priced service delivered by respectful staff. I’ve had several experiences with VIP now and they’ve all been great.

Booked an appointment on line and purchased 4 Goodyear Weather Ready tires for my daughters Jeep Patriot. They show in stock on line, but given all the supply issues I call to confirm and I am told we are “all set” . I give them her first name so they know it’s for her. She shows at the appointment a week later and “they don’t have em”. I get a frantic call and they need to ship them..ok it happens. So we reschedule for the following week. So she shows up a week later and guess what? You guessed it, somehow we have no record of this order. After lots of excuses and another 20 minute phone call…wait a minute, “we found them in a bag” They were “hidden behind a pallet” You can’t make this up, but wait, it gets better. I’m told sorry, we can’t do the alignment. Yep, need to come back. We need to order a part. Ohhh k. So then I get a call from my daughter - they want to know how we are going to pay for these? And she asks…didn’t you already buy them? Of course… “Yes”they are paid for. I paid three weeks ago. After another 20 minutes the associate ., who I will say was polite throughout, somehow determined I did pay already. Anyway she heads with unaligned new tires and I get a call later that night -“ Dad what am I supposed to do with the old tires? I didn’t notice but they stuck them in the back of the jeep” I’m like, of course they did. That’s because I paid for those to be disposed of but no one looked at that. Lucky she had to go back for a third time anyway so she can haul them back! Oh and by the way they add in costs for installation PLUS “parts” PLUS value stems all separately billed so it’s expensive so suggest if your determined to use this store do not use the website to make an order.

Every employee was very helpful and polite. They went above my expectations to takencare of me and my vehicle.

12/10 these guys are super friendly, efficient, well priced and good on their word. Their team is flexible and easy to schedule with, open 7 days a week and I was even able to get some work done with the free wifi in their clean and spacious waiting area. Will never go anywhere else!!
