5/7/24 - Update. Took my car to the MB dealership this morning and spoke to my regular service person. He told me what the part was and that it was really not necessary to even replace it - which is EXACTLY what Eric said immediately after he looked at it! Kudos to you Eric - you really know your cars! Thanks again. 5/6/24 - If I could give 20 stars, I would. Driving yesterday in Burlington, my son heard a scraping noise coming from under my car. I stopped and he discovered a piece of metal which had come loose and was dragging on the road. I was visiting him and had planned on driving back that day, however I was nervous to drive 250 miles with this loose part, especially since it was a Sunday and nothing was open in the event I needed help. Stayed an extra night and called a couple auto repair shops, everyone was too busy to even look at it. Thankfully I called Noyes and was lucky enough to have Gino answer the phone. I sent him a photo of the hanging piece, he called me back and said to bring it over, even though they were swamped. (I basically begged him to look at it, as I had to get back home for an important appointment.) I arrived in about 20 minutes and met Gino. Eric, a technician, Gino and I went out to look at it and Eric said no problem. He fixed it within 5 minutes. I was charged for a quarter hour of labor, which was absolutely fine! I was able to drive home safely. I cannot say enough good things about Gino and Eric. What top notch guys they are. Kind, understanding and they certainly know what they are doing. I now have a first rate auto mechanic to go to in Burlington in the event I ever need one! HUGE thanks to all at Noyes who were so very accommodating and kind to me. Thanks Gino! Thanks Eric!! You guys are the best!

I am lost for words on my experience with No Yes tires Noyes service . I brought my GMC Van for a diagnostic check for a skip issue and muffler clamp. I got Varied Responses to what was wrong with the van . They said it was electrical , the brain control then do compression check, then a valve issue. I became upset after 12 days and not being Diagnose correctly . I was then told it was a motor issue and they didn’t have time to to finalize diagnose for two more weeks. I was getting very frustrated and was apparently reported to the owner Mr Chaney. I will say we didn’t hit it off well. It was obvious they didn’t have anyone able to correctly Diagnose the problem. At this point in time I told them to put my vehicle back together and would come get it. Chaney wanted me pre pay the bill over the phone before I could come pick up my vehicle. Dreadful experience for me on a work vehicle I need fixed and Diagnosed effectively.
