Mounted up tires and were very personable and professional. Gave suggestions with the multi point inspection for potential areas to keep an eye on, but didn't play total salesman to sell additional repairs. Appreciate the honesty. Good folks to work with

Knowing very little about undercoating a vehicle, I had some questions. Chris took the time to answer my questions about the process for Fluid Film application that Noye’s does. He booked me in very soon. When I showed up, the process went exactly as explained. The pricing was straightforward and fair. As for the product, I don’t think there is any way to judge performance until many years have passed. It was my first time at Noye’s and I would return without hesitation.

I went to put air into tires at a gas station since my tire pressure was pretty low. When I went to put air in, the tire pressure just kept going down. My mom walked to Noyes to ask them to help. Chris was kind enough to drive my mom back to my car and confirmed the tire valve pin was bent out of shape (the air dispenser must’ve been frozen - it was sub zero temps)! I took my car to Noyes to get my tire fixed and it was very quick. Chris and crew were courteous and good-humored. Thanks so much for this great customer service!

Mixed reviews. Went for snow tires. So far they are working fine. No complains on that. However, when the car was at the workshop the guy called and said there was some issue with nut bolts and some other issue after which the cost increased from $670 to $1300. The issue might have been real, but when I argued with the salesman (which is my right) the attitude was disrespectful and rude. He could have been polite!
