Excellent spot for a pre-purchase inspection, they provide a detailed report with pictures of any issues, and will provide an estimate for repairs that you can use to bargain with. They saved me from buying a lemon at least once. They have always been able to squeeze me in on short notice for these inspections which I really appreciate. Very honest and trustworthy.
