Recently took my vehicle here for the first time to get a second opinion after bringing it to another local garage. They found similar issues that needed attention before I would pass state inspection but there was one big difference between the two garages. The first garage gave me a quote that was a couple hundred dollars more than VIP did and they also charged me $50 for an inspection sticker right Then without even doing the inspection and then said their company policy is you have 10 days to fix all of the issues they informed you of and if you don’t fix everything by then and return to them for the sticker, you lose the $50 and leave without a sticker. VIP didn’t charge me anything upfront and then once they reviewed the issues they found when they inspected my vehicle they put my new inspection sticker on for free and also gave me a military discount after I inquired about it. When all of the work was done and I showed up to pick my car up and pay for everything I saw that the exhaust issue I had fixed was now a couple hundred dollars more than the original quote and when I asked about it, the gentleman adjusted it back to the original quoted price without question and apologized for the mistake. This was by far the best mechanic experience I’ve ever had and I plan on retuthing for any future repair, as well as recommending them to all of my family and friends. The staff is extremely accommodating and provides great customer service and answer all my questions thoroughmy. I am still so glad I got a second opinion!!!

Needed two tires. Justin was a great help. Showed me options and scheduled an appointment. Boys in the garage didn't bother to complete the complimentary check or even the other tires. They neglected to reset one of the stems, TPMS sensors, neglected to check the other tires pressure at minimum.

Needed brakes and rotors and they provided good quote over the phone and had me in and out within 40 minutes. Excellent service.
