Fast, honest and affordable. These guys are the best. Doesnt matter if you are doing normal scheduled maintenance or unexpected repairs, this is the shop to go to. They were even able to diagnose issues with our cars that the manufactures' mechanics could not figure out. Thank you all!!

The staff at VIP are knowledgeable and fair when it comes to my experiences so far. Throughout the inspection and tire buying process they were transparent with pricing and options with no hard sell tactics. As a result they have now become also my auto service shop where I am currently having the brakes replaced on my Yukon.

These guys were a life-saver! I was visiting my daughter in New Hampshire when I noticed that my rental car's front passenger tire had a bubble protruding from its side. Realizing that it was unsafe to drive on the tire, I immediately called the rental company to exchange cars. As it was a busy weekend, they unfortunately had no cars. However, they did call a local tire shop to do the tire replacement. All I had to was drop the car off at the tire shop (who I won't name). No problem, right? Wrong. I arrived at the tire shop only to find out that they did not have the size of the tire that I needed nor did any other tire shop in town. I drove around frantically through Portsmouth, trying to find a shop that had this particular tire size in stock. I finally stumbled upon VIP tires. While they didn't have tire I needed, they found a shop a little over an hour away in Milford, NH that had the tire that we needed. We drove painfully slow on local roads to get to this location safely. Upon arrival, we were graciously received by VIP's courteous staff who jumped into action to help us. They promised to have the job done in an hour and pleasantly over-delivered by finishing the work in 20 minutes! Not only did they save my family's weekend in New Hampshire and Boston, but salvaged my ability to spend quality time with my daughter after sending her boarding school for the first time. We're so grateful to our new friends at VIP Tires & Service!

Regardless of who you speak to at this location, you’ll always get good conversation and attentiveness. In this industry, most of the folks bringing their cars/trucks in don’t know much about cars. VIP is always very forthcoming about what you actually NEED and never try and upsell you on things you don’t. Trust is hard to come by and I know anytime I bring my car in for repairs, regular maintenance, etc., I know I’m getting the best recommendations at the best price. 10/10 recommend VIP!

Just moved here and came for NH State Inspection on two vehicles. Great experience. Appreciated the Veterans discount! Took vehicles per scheduled appointments. Waiting area great: Good internet connection and work area, strong coffee, and clean men's room. Robert, Mike, and James took great care of me. As I was there about two hours, noted the professional courtesy they extended to each and every customer.

Awesome customer service! A tire I had bought fairly recently (within the last year or so) popped and when I took it in to get it replaced, Justin evaluated the tread and got me a reduced price on the new tire (because of the protection plan- definitely recommend!). All of the staff here are knowledgeable, communicative and kind. Thanks guys!!

I have used VIP auto for years. Since moving close to the Stratham location, I have used them exclusively. I find them to be professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. They aren't the cheapest repair in town but I have never had a problem with a repair or been told I need something I didn't. They take the time to explain and answer anything I ask and are always kind and friendly, despite how busy they are. I trust that they are doing the best for my car and not taking advantage of me and that is a huge reason that I continue to use them for my car services. (I have a 2012 car with 125,000 miles and in no hurry to have a car payment so repairs are part of the deal, so trusting who is doing the service is imperative.)

I have been here a couple times, as well as the Portsmouth location, for my regular car maintenance, and they've always been great. So when my engine started smoking while I was on 101 in Hampton, this was the place I got my car towed to. It was a big repair, and these guys did an awesome job, and were able to do it much faster than estimated. Justin was great at communicating with me. After the original plan I had for financing the cost of the repair fell through, they were super patient with me while I figured out my plan B which, as a single mom, I hugely appreciate. They have a customer for life :)

I cannot possibly be more grateful to the Service Manager Mike at this stellar location. After driving my car up from Maryland, the low tire pressure light came on. I came in on a Friday afternoon with no appointment and Mike looked at my tires, showed me the problem, and called probably 10 different places to find me the correct specialty tires. Without an appointment. Amazing. The whole team there is awesome but Mike is really the VIP. Highly recommend and would 100% go there again even though they have locations closer to where I live. Thanks again guys, you saved me!
