Nov 23, 2023Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the service times on your recent visit. We do have both drop off and waiting appointments. Typically drop off appointments arrive by a certain time and then we work them in as efficiently as possible to have done by the end of the day. If you need the vehicle back at a certain time, we can make note of that as well. We have been working through some staffing shortages, but hope to be back up to full capacity soon. We appreciate your patience during this time. Thank you!
Todd and crew are truly what an automotive community should be. First time in, felt comfortable through the entire process. After a few years and taking 7 different vehicles there from older ones needing serious help to a brand new truck for oil changes and tire rotation, I’ve had consistency, honesty, and confidence with my service work. Very appreciative to have you guys!!
