Honest and knowledgeable. Service was very helpful in explaining several issues that would cause a failed inspection. They helped by providing several option on how to remedy the issues (tinted windows was an issue). Due to their advice, I was able to do the majority of tint removal and saved $$$. Highly recommend.

Awesome! I made an appt online for the Portsmouth location, then got a call saying what I booked wasn’t available, and nothing was for awhile (despite the online calendar showing otherwise.) So I called Stratham, and got in 2 days later for a tire rotation. Justin was super kind, making sure I had plenty of wiggle room to get to an appt after. My car was taken right away and done in half an hour. I watched my car come out moments before receiving a text letting me know it was done! $27, easy, fast, and knowledgeable on dealing with a Tesla. All around great service, and while I love supporting local shops, this experience was enough to keep me coming back, despite being a further drive. Felt respected and comfortable, which unfortunately isn’t always the case at auto shops.

Booked online, went to this VIP location for tires, got some work done while I waited. They were busy but didn't take too long. Left with the proper number of new tires. No complaints!

A totally awesome experience: I came in to buy a replacement headlight bulb, having no idea that the fine and personable staff at the store would install it for me free of charge. Instead of trudging home to scrape my knuckles in the cold to do the job myself, I was ushered into the comfortable waiting room for what I thought would be a half-hour wait, but I barely had time to finish a cup of high-end coffee when they cheerfully announced I was all set! How often does a simple headlight repair turn into a bright spot in the day? Great place, and MUCH less expensive than the nearby dealer. 6 months later: another awesome experience at this Stratham location. We came in to have a new battery installed in our aging but still lively 2002 Toyota Avalon (mileage: 99K!). The (not expensive!) job was done with friendly efficiency, and to our total amazement the interior of the car (dashboard, control panels, steering wheel, door interiors, etc.) had been dusted and wiped clean. Unbelievable!

I recently had a slow leak due to a nail in my tire and the VIP crew repaired it. 5 days later same tire got another slow leak, I thought perhaps it wasn’t repaired properly. But after returning to VIP they rolled out my tire to show me another nail in the same tire🤷‍♀️They kindly repaired it at no extra charge to me. They got me in and out quickly! They were friendly, and helpful! I really appreciated their great service!

The trunk of my car was sopping wet! Nothing had spilled and the car is garaged all the time. I remembered how actually soothing it was a year before to deal with the VIP manager and his employees so I called them. Justin said that such leaks from below could be a challenge but they would do their best. Justin suggested that I bring in my dog and we were made comfy in the waiting room with free cocoa! Within an hour they had found the leak and the guy working on it walked out to the where I was and invited me back into the service shop to see exactly where it was and how the water had traveled into the trunk. Incredible sleuthwork! So kind.

I’ve been going to VIP for years to service my cars, new and old. It’s hard to find a place you can trust, but these guys are great. They always give you a full rundown of what they see, but they’ll give recommendations on what’s necessary, and have a good system to accept or wait on services.
