Family owned business, quality excellent customer service. Problems with wear on tires was quickly remedied and new tires discounted based on warranty. Always great service no hassles.

Great service. Friendly knowledgeable mechanics. Fair/Competitive prices. Nick serviced my vehicle (oil change/ tire rotation) in a timely manner. 👌

Got the specific tires I wanted, install was quick and the check-over was good (I needed a replacement cabin filter, everything else was given the thumbs up)... good service, short wait.

I go to this Sullivan location for all of my auto-care needs. The staff is very pleasant and always explain to me what's going on and the prices. They have never tried to up-sell me or mislead me into spending more. They're honest and do great work!

Great place to get your car serviced. They do more than just tires, so I encourage you to check on their website for the different things they can help with. Overall these guys are honest and very knowledgable mechanics and tire specialists. Pricing is of course less than the dealer and fair, and the work is always very well done. Their tire balancing is in my opinion is better than the dealer. Also, you can usually find a sale on tires here if you look for it. I manage to get four Yokohama tires for the price of 3, as well as a rebate. Would highly recommend!

Good service. Reasonable prices. One comment. I had a scheduled appointment on Saturday and was told the tires would be replaced by end of business day. I waited 2.5 hours only to be told I would have to let them keep my car and that it would not be serviced until Monday. Hopefully appointment times and deliverables will align. When that happens I can provide the 5 star review I would like to.
