The Meineke down the street booked an appointment for my work truck on a day that they weren’t even open, which really screwed me over. In a bit of a panic I called the guys here at Sullivan Tire who were able to take the truck on the same day of my call AND had it back to me good as new by the end of the day. I travel a lot during the week so having my truck worked on in the middle of the week was not an option. They took this into consideration and treated my problem as if it was their own. Couldn’t appreciate these guys more for getting my vehicle fixed up on such short notice. All while remaining transparent and informative throughout the whole experience.

The staff was very professional from the initial on-line experience to our phone conversation. They were able to leverage broad experience to help ensure I selected the right tires for my specific needs and adapted to modifications when supply chain delays altered my selection. The appt started on time and appeared to go flawless based on my wheel inspection. I selected Sullivan based on staff experience, commitment to promotion within (which typically creates a more committed staff) and current equipment that is less likely to scratch wheels. The appt finished within the estimated time provided and the sitting area was comfortable. In the end the professional that checked me out helped me better understand the alignment details (esp since my wheels are offset so results are still red, as expected). All in all I would recommend the service professionals at Sullivan.

I have had great experience from them in my past. But when bringing in my Tesla model 3 in for 4 tires at a cost of $1400 I managed to forget my key card. I offered to leave my phone in the car while they worked on it. But seems I was speaking Russian as they seemed not to want me to do that and basically ignored me while I tired to work with them for a solution. I ended up wasting over an hour and gave up. When a customer is spending this amount, it is odd that they really were not interested in my business. I will now use another garage for my tire needs in the future.

Recently had work done at this location.I was told by a previous shop that I needed brakes.I was informed by Eric that was not the case at all. I feel both Eric and Matt are very honest in telling you what you need and dont need. I recommend this shop for your auto needs

Always have in the past (from original start in Chelsea Mass back in the 60's) and still continue to have a great experience. Price, quality and excellent service. What more could a customer want! OH YEAH ,,, FREE COFFEE TOO. ! :-)

I had an excellent experience at Sullivan Tire in Seabrook, buying 4 new tires. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are terrific. And they really stay on time with their schedules.
