beware of the upsell /ˌəpˈsel,ˈəpˌsel/ verb persuade a customer to buy something additional or more expensive. wife took the day off and went in for a front end allignment. 4 hours later she was called and told she needed $1628.58 worth of unnessessary parts. coincedently, her car went through a new hampshire state inspection only days before and passed easily. sullivan tire even had the nerve to try to sell her on headlight restoration and 4 new tires. very sleazy place sullivan tire seabrook nh. stay away or hold on tightly to your wallett.

He offered to have you come in, so you could review the vehicle together and he could explain the repairs that were suggested for the alignment. We did not want to charge you and perform an alignment, as it would have been a disservice to you. We do stand behind the recommendations we made. These guys were the best! We had a low tire on our long drive from Florida to Canada. They immediately took our car in, checked things over, even removing the tire to make sure nothing was missed. They explained the issue, which could wait until we got home, and didn’t charge us a cent! We were back on the road in no time.

We only got to Sullivan tire! They are honest and never over charge. They will work with you if you are on a tight budget. Most honest garage out there!!!

Went there for a oil change while there the shop removed my splash shield. Told me I needed a new one but gave me my old one but also said the hardware would be 350.00

Dec 23, 2023Hello Grady, thank you for the opportunity to look into your concerns. The splash shield was broken when it arrived and the responsibility to replace would fall on the owner. Our crew did go over the cost with you and ordered a replacement. The part was returned as you did not come back for install.

The folks I interacted with were polite and professional. The tires they installed were high quality, sold at a fair price, and I received a $50/tire discount, too. The tires were properly balanced and ride very smoothly. They made the extra effort to get my car finished a day early, as I requested—I was very grateful.
