Remember that the goal of this company is to sell as many tires as they can each day. They do not waste their time with processing warranty claiims as the tech state he did not even know how to process a claim but promised the manager would do it and I would be contacted to no avail. I was once exclusively Sullivan Tire but I have learned my lesson and will take my vehicles to another company.

Very classy operation! I should have been charged for a half hour of labor, and the mechanic came out and said the work took around five minutes and told me I was all set. I offered to pay, and the staff politely refused. That's good business! Thank you; I feel very respected. Sullivan Tire will continue to get my business!

Ryan and Austin did a terrific job , very fast service, waited just a few minutes and the car was ready to go. Highly recommended

I’ve been going to Sullivan, either Seabrook or Stratham, for the past 10 years and my parents have been coming here longer and they are the best. The customer service is phenomenal. Even though they were understaffed, just like everyone else, they are still working their hardest and best to make sure everything is done in a timely manner. Thank you sullivan for keeping my car in tip top shape so I can be safe on the road

Good service at a reasonable price. Staff do not oversell unnecessary work or products. They are good at pointing out possible future repairs that should be watched. Clean waiting area and coffee!

Always running on schedule for the appointment. Pointed out oil didn’t need to be changed for 3 k miles so wanted to verify that I wanted it changed. I did ( long road trip). ST always treats me as a valued customer so that I remain a loyal customer
