These guys always provide GREAT SERVICE!
I’ve been using this place for many years and have always followed their advice on repairs and such. I went in for an inspection for both my vehicles and they both came out way overpriced and repairs that didn’t need to be done. Some were already done just last year. Does EVERY car need a new oil filter??? I had my car repaired and stickered at another local shop.
Took it in for an oil change. Check engine light came on after we got the car back. Brought it back in to see if they could figure out what was going on, we thought maybe they didnt seal something up right...no problem, accidents happen. They "couldn't figure it out" and told me to take it somewhere else. I open the hood when I get it home, the problem is glaringly obvious. They broke a $350 part and took no responsibility after arguing with me over the phone. They informed me that customer satisfaction is very important to them. And then told me they would be doing nothing to fix the situation. I suggested maybe we can split it or they buy the part and we will pay them for labor. Nope, no interest in making this right. We will never let them touch our cars again.
I called 7 different tire shops and country tire was the only shop that could replace my trailer tire the day of proving grounds. They made it happen when 7 other shops couldn't. Great tire at a great price.
