I gave them a run for their money repairing my 2011 Volkswagen Touareg with a coolant leak. I think they did an amazing job. Communication was great and they put me at ease that they’d be able to do the job no matter how difficult it was. They’ve got my business going forward. Thank You!!!

Aug 23, 2023Jeremy as always thank you for being loyal to us since the beginning your an amazing guy.
I reached out about a mishap with a friends car. Glen reached out personally, on his vacation at that, to make sure we reviewed records and such. Ends up being the fault of a dealership, should have known! Ugh! Very appreciative of their willingness to take extra time to review these things with me. It’s very important for this vehicle to be safe for personal reasons. They’ve taken very good care of my dear friend and I appreciate their patience and understanding.

Drove my 2014 Chevy Equinox into their parking lot due to a mild engine noise and asked if they could look at it. Two different employees without ever leaving the counter told me the motor was seized, and it would be $15k minimum to fix. I drove it for another 10k miles before it got rear-ended. Will never recommend this place to anyone or ever think about using them Edit, since it won't let me reply to your response: I drove it in with the noise like I stated. I drove it away since YOUR employees told me it was seized without ever looking at it. I drove away because it was drivable since clearly not a seized motor, but your techs did not know what they were talking about or even want to help by at least looking at it. The accident 10k miles later was it getting rear-ended while parked and nothing to do with a motor issue. Maybe train your employees to look at a vehicle instead of just assuming, and they were clearly wrong. The noise I was hearing ended up just being a hose clamp had broken and fallen out of sight but could be heard moving around while driving. Easy for someone to figure out if they just happened to idk maybe do their job.....

Aug 23, 2023Mr Professor. I am completely sorry for your unlikely to happen experience in my shop. A seized engine means your vehicle is not drivable, let alone 10k miles later. Love the internet warriors thank you for completely mixed up review. Can I ask how you got rear ended. LOL.. Your post makes no sense, My Hats off to you. We value our customers amazingly and am so lucky to have the best customers in the industry. you don't fit into that criteria. Next time you should at least acknowledge who you are instead of making false claims about something you are obviously not the professor of. Have a great Day.
