They took good care of me and my car. They even noticed that the nuts weren't original to the wheel that came with the car. Observant. Did a good job.

Service with a smile and attention to detail. Each time I've scheduled an appointment they've started work when I arrived and have gotten me out quickly along with providing a complimentary beverage while you wait. Technical advice is on point and consultative so you don't feel like you're being pushed into a decision which is nice to see these days. They also recognize Veterans and public servants which I always appreciate. I can recommend without hesitation with the hope they continue the good work!

1st time needing this fine establishment! Had a front end alignment done as the storm hit NH a few days ago. Very clean and efficient and well priced. The receptionists were very friendly and polite and knowledgeable! Nice touch with the café to wait in..I was very impressed! Thank you! Will return and will recommend!

Great service,great deal on tires

I bought my truck with a great service record, i've had country tire do my oil change last year so first year not serviced by Toyota, this year i get home and see a skid plate in the back of my truck, not sure why its there or if its even mine,so I called Country Tire back the next day. I'm told the machanic broke 3 of the 4 bolts taking the skid plate off, and were sorry we forgot to tell you. I'm a little stumped to think if this plate comes off every oil change then it should have been quite easy to take off. I'm thinking they never had to take it off before to do the oil and for some reason this machanic thought he needed to thats why he broke the bolts......its never been off before. so i asked them, so I have to pay to have the bolts drilled out and buy new hardware to reinstall my skid plate? he said yes i'm sorry we should have let you know......thats it .......last time for me! Telling everyone I know not to service there..
