Fixed tire no one else could

Had my first service experience at Country Tire and Service today. It will certainly not be my last. I had made an appointment for 9 AM to have my tires rotated and the state inspection completed. I arrived a few minutes and was cordially greeted by Scott and another fellow, both very nice. They offered me a token for coffee in their waiting room which was an adjoining coffee shop. I left them my fob and said I had been told that it would take about an hour when I made the appointment with Lauren. Scott said, I would be out sooner than that and, in fact, I was on my way in less that 40 minutes. Very professional experience and I had the strong impression that this is a company that treats folks honestly and fairly.

Country Tire went out of their way to help me when I sorely needed it..After trying to identify an offensive odor in the cabin area of my van the CT tech replaced the cabin air filter..which seemed to help a little but I left with the smell still inside the cabin.. I was across the street at the Ridge Mall parking lot trying to access my fuse box thinking I could fix “another issue” relating to my usb charging ports not working. I ended up over my head unable to put it back, (and more importantly start my car). I was hesitant to call Country Tire for help but when I called they didn’t hesitate.. They drive over with a tech, (on his lunch break) not once but twice to get some tools and got me back up and running.. Later that day I found that the odor was coming from the usb port assembly..it was hot and the circuit board was melting.. I called a local dealer and found the part available. I replaced it and viola !… the charging port now fixed and the odor gone. BOTTOM LINE. I got a taste of what truly outstanding customer service means to Country Tire. They are always in “help mode” and always pleasant and professional.. A real blueprint example of exceptional service.

As always the knowledge, professionalism and frankly the kindness is top notch! I was able to book an appointment quickly and efficiently, greeted with a smile when I arrived, received verbal confirmation of the work to be completed, and offered a beverage while I waited. Despite being visibly busy I was updated on the progress and (reasonable) cost of repairs within a short amount of time and the plentiful amount of work was completed before the day was finished. I am also very pleased with the after hours pickup process. Other service centers leave the keys in the car, but not Country Tire! They have secure lock boxes with a code to access and retrieve your keys! A highly appreciated and much safer process. I cannot recommend Country Tire more highly.
